How to use: Apply a thin, even layer over any lakur. To preserve the matte finish, do not use with Accelerating Drying Oil; use Flash Dry Nail Fan instead. For best results, apply top coat daily or re-apply at first signs of wear to extend the life of manicure or pedicure.
